How much is a chauffeur service in Almaty?

Prices are for the whole car and include the chauffeur, fuel, parking, bottled water and all waiting time inside the booked day. Programmes longer than 8 hours or 200 km, multi-day bookings and several cars for one event are quoted as a single fixed figure before you confirm. We send photos of the actual car and its plate on WhatsApp beforehand, because the exact model year depends on which car is available on your date. What is different about a VIP chauffeur?

• Presentation. Dark suit and tie, clean-shaven or neatly groomed, on site 15 minutes before pickup. Doors opened, bags loaded, no smoking and no phone calls while driving.
• Discretion. The chauffeur does not discuss passengers, destinations or conversations overheard in the car. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed with RideKZ and your chauffeur on request.
• English. Every chauffeur speaks English, enough to handle hotel reception, a restaurant reservation or a change of plan without a phone translator. For negotiations, hire a professional interpreter; we can add a guide or interpreter from $100 a day.

How do you handle a delegation arriving at Almaty airport?

Almaty International Airport (ALA) is about 18 km from the Golden Square business district, 25–45 minutes depending on traffic. The chauffeur tracks the flight, meets the principal in arrivals with a name sign and has the car at the kerb while the rest of the party clears baggage; 90 minutes of free waiting after landing is included. If your guests use the business or CIP lounge services at the airport, tell us and the chauffeur meets them at that exit instead.

What does a typical executive day in Almaty look like?

1. 08:30 — pickup at the hotel; most international hotels cluster around Al-Farabi, Dostyk and Abay avenues.
2. 09:00–13:00 — meetings around Esentai Tower, Nurly Tau and the Al-Farabi business centres. Parking at the door is limited there, so the chauffeur drops at the entrance and holds nearby, ready on a two-minute call.
3. 13:30 — lunch timed before the afternoon peak; the chauffeur knows which restaurants have a proper drop-off.
4. 15:00–17:30 — a site or plant visit on the outskirts, or a ministry or akimat appointment. Leave earlier than Google Maps suggests: rush hour runs roughly 17:00–20:00.

Can you provide cars for a wedding or event?

Yes. Kazakh weddings (toi) are long and large, and the transport plan matters as much as the venue. The usual pattern is the couple in a white or black E-Class or Land Cruiser 300 for the whole day: ceremony, registry office, photos at Kok-Tobe or in the mountains above the city, then the banquet hall. Guests travel in V-Classes or VIP Sprinters on a timed shuttle between the hotel, the venue and back after midnight. Ribbons and flower decorations are allowed if they do not damage the paintwork; tell us at booking.

For conferences, product launches and incentive groups we build a single schedule for all cars, with name lists per vehicle and a coordinator on site for larger events. September and May–June are peak wedding months, and good executive cars sell out on Fridays and Saturdays, so book two to three weeks ahead.

Do I need the Land Cruiser 300 in winter or for the mountains?

From November to March, yes, if the programme leaves the city. The roads above Almaty climb steeply, ice over in the shade and see sudden snowfall, and a full-size 4x4 is the only car in this class we send up there. The Land Cruiser 300 also takes skis and boards inside. Note that as of October 2026 the road from Medeu to Shymbulak is restricted to service vehicles until 30 November 2026, so guests ride the gondola from Medeu while the chauffeur waits; check the rules again when the ski season opens. Who operates the cars, and how do invoices and payment work?

Every car is driven by a licensed, vetted chauffeur, and we match the car class to your date rather than send whatever is free. You receive the chauffeur's name, phone number and the car's plate the evening before.

Day and multi-day bookings take a 30% deposit by card link; the balance is paid to the chauffeur at the end by card or in cash, USD or tenge. Companies that need an invoice and closing documents can request them when booking. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
