How we work with partners
- B2B rates or commission. Choose net rates below our published prices to set your own retail price, or book at published prices and earn a commission on every completed trip. Terms are agreed in a short partner agreement.
- Invoicing in USD. Pay per booking by card, or, after the first few bookings, on a monthly invoice in US dollars by bank transfer to GG Services Limited.
- White-label confirmations. Confirmations and driver details can be sent under your brand, or to you only, so your guests see one company from start to finish. Drivers hold a sign with your logo on request.
- One channel for everything. A shared WhatsApp group or email thread per programme, with driver details the evening before and live updates on the day.
- Groups. Mercedes Sprinters for up to 16 guests, several cars on one booking, and a coordinator for larger movements.
What your guests get
The same standard as our direct travellers: licensed drivers, cars generally under six years old, drivers who speak English, flight tracking, 90 minutes of free waiting at airports, free child seats and honest local advice on borders, road closures and seasons. Read more about how we vet drivers.
