Drive with RideKZ
We book private transfers, day trips and multi-day tours for foreign travellers in Kazakhstan, and we are always looking for reliable licensed drivers and small transport companies in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Turkestan and Aktau. Our guests pay well and expect a high standard; in return, drivers get regular bookings with fixed, agreed prices and no haggling.
What we offer
- Airport transfers, intercity routes, day trips and multi-day tours with foreign guests.
- A fixed price per trip, agreed before you accept it. You never have to negotiate with guests.
- Clear trip details the evening before: name, flight, address, luggage and requests.
- Payment for completed trips on an agreed schedule; cash or card collected from guests is reconciled against it.
- Support on WhatsApp from our dispatch team during every trip.
Requirements
- Legal status: registered as an individual entrepreneur or company in Kazakhstan and permitted to carry passengers for hire.
- Driving licence for the vehicle category and at least 5 years of professional driving experience, with a clean record.
- Insurance: valid compulsory motor liability insurance and passenger liability insurance as required by Kazakh law.
- Car: generally under 6 years old, in very good condition, with air conditioning and seat belts in every seat. We work with sedans (Toyota Camry or similar), minivans (Hyundai Staria, Toyota Alphard or similar), 4x4s (Land Cruiser Prado or 300) and Mercedes Sprinters.
- English: conversational English, enough to greet guests, explain a delay or a border procedure and handle small problems. We test this in a short video call.
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and willingness to share location with dispatch during trips.
- Non-smoking car, smart casual clothing, punctuality.
Experience on mountain roads, in the Mangystau desert or on the Korday and Uzbek border routes is a strong advantage.

- We arrange a short video call in English and ask for copies of your registration, licence, insurance and car documents.
- We inspect the car in person or by video.
- You take a trial trip with a member of our team.
- You start receiving bookings. Feedback from every guest helps you get more of them.
