RideKZ exists for travellers who would rather not haggle at the kerb, guess which taxi app works, or hope the driver understands where Kolsai is. We arrange private cars with professional English-speaking drivers across Kazakhstan — airports, day trips, multi-day road trips and border runs to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan — and we stay with you on WhatsApp for the whole trip.

A price you see before you book

Every trip has a fixed price per car, published on its page and in our price list. Fuel, tolls, parking and waiting time are included. There is no meter, no surge and no conversation about money in the car. You pay securely by Visa or Mastercard, or pay your driver at the end of a transfer.

Drivers we would ride with ourselves

• Licensed and insured. Every driver holds a professional licence to carry passengers and valid passenger insurance. We keep copies on file.
• Experienced. At least five years of professional driving, and real experience of the roads you are booking: mountain passes, desert tracks, the Korday and Uzbek border runs.
• English-speaking. Every driver passes a spoken-English test with us before their first trip. A licensed guide can join for $100 a day; Korean, Chinese, Japanese, German or French-speaking guides on request.
• Late-model cars. Generally under six years old, air-conditioned, clean inside and out, with bottled water, phone chargers and child seats on request.

Someone who answers

From your first question to the moment you are dropped off, one team is on WhatsApp, usually replying within 15 minutes between 8:00 and 23:00 Almaty time. The evening before, you receive your driver's name, photo-ready car plate and phone. At airports your driver tracks your flight and waits 90 minutes after landing at no charge.

Honest about roads, weather and borders

Kazakhstan is huge and its seasons are real. Our route pages tell you when a pass closes, how the Korday and Kegen crossings actually work, when Big Almaty Lake can be reached by car and when it cannot. If the authorities close a road or a border on your date, you get a free new date or a full refund.

Booked and paid with a real company

RideKZ is operated by GG Services Limited, Hong Kong. You receive a written confirmation for every booking, card payments are processed by Stripe, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Read the payment and refund policy and the booking terms, or contact us.
